  If you like paying more than $400 for your power bill during the winter months, or if you enjoy being able to hear your upstairs and next door neighbors use their facilities, walk, play music, etc. then by all means buy at the Valencia Condiminiums in Jacksonville Beach. The condos have absolutely no insulation either against inside noise or from the outside elements. If you're lucky maybe you'll purchase the one I rented which had little to no natural lighting, and whose lovely view was of garbage dumpsters.
