  Great experience. Richard Wilcox was very nice, very informative, and very friendly. My wife and I came in to try the beds out, but we did not buy on the first visit as we wanted to discuss the price in relation to our budget. Richard was very understanding, and did not pressure us to buy on the first visit. We came back a few nights later and made the deal. It's nice to know that someone is looking to provide good customer service, and not just make a sale.
