  My podiatrist in Riverside is affiliated with St. Vincent's so he asked me to get the MRI here. Never again. If I were to compare this place to Beaches Open MRI, it's like comparing medical care in the 60's to medical care in the 21st Century. Beaches Open MRI is state of the art and the office is comfortable with a leather couch and comfortable surroundings while you wait. The MRI machine was quieter, modern and the staff at Beaches Open MRI were helpful.
  In comparison, the rooms at Optimal Imaging were not optimal nor were the machines. But aesthetics aside, what really annoyed me was their billing!! I had an earlier MRI done at Beaches Open MRI 3 yrs prior and my cost was less than $150 w BCBS. Sadly, Optimal Imaging being affiliated with St. Vincent's, billed this MRI as an outpatient service costing $3,765!!! My cost was $536 plus another $113 for the doc to read the results. I am still fighting with them and my insurance company over this coding. Call your insurance company 1st and get prior approval and check on the cost! Better yet, go to Beaches Open MRI! I was billed less than $200 for all services there.
