  The Jacksonville Giants love working with Solano Cycle. Their ATV's look great and work great. Their staff is also super friendly and easy to work with. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

  We've been forced to use this scooter shop for years believing it was the only one in town. We try to get our scooters to the Solano in St. Augustine as they are a bit better. Two different scooters over the years, we've learned their process. Drop it off, they say they will call you, you hear nothing so you call them a few days later. Then they get angry and tell you they've got all this work to do and they cannot get to your bike for a week or two. By the time you figure this out, a whole week has passed and you still don't know what the problem is. If you pretend that you may buy a new scooter, you will probably get better repair service.
  
  Last time we went, they said the Scooter had an engine problem and was probably done, nothing they could do unless we wanted to fork over big bucks. This scooter didn't have that many miles on it and was relatively in good shape. We were ready to give it away for salvage when a knowledgeable mechanic told us it was the fuel pump. Go figure its been sitting in a garage for a good six months with us believing it was a goner.
