  My first few visits were great. Later on when I took my dog in for an illness, the vet forgot to prescribe a med that he had mentioned. I called back after realizing it. I didn't get a response until two days later. It was hard to to get time off to pick up the medication that was forgotten so i asked if they could send me the script for me to fill elsewhere. The "manager" said they can't do that. Regardless of the situation I have to pick up the med myself or get pick up the script to fill somewhere else but it will cost extra for the vet to write the script. Also it is not as affordable as the name suggest. I definitely wouldn't go back.
